I am a graduate student in Industrial & Systems Engineering at Rutgers University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management, along with certification in Artificial Intelligence. Professionally, I serve as a BPM Analyst at a world-leading global shipping company, where I specialize in process optimization, workflow automation, operational data reporting, and AI-driven system improvements. My experience includes designing automation systems, improving logistics workflows, and implementing structured reporting tools that enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction.
